Plain-English terms for using WisWes. We tried to keep these short and readable — if anything is unclear, email wes@wiswes.com and we'll explain.
WisWes ("we", "us", "WisWes") provides an AI shopping-assistant platform that drops into ecommerce stores. By signing up for an account, starting a free trial, or paying for a subscription, you ("you", "the customer") agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us at wes@wiswes.com if you believe an account has been compromised, and we'll help you lock it down.
New customers get a 14-day free trial of the full platform. No credit card required. If you don't pick a paid plan before the trial ends, your workspace is paused — your data stays put for 30 days in case you come back, then is deleted. You can cancel at any time during the trial without owing us anything.
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page in USD and exclude any taxes that apply where you're billed. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice — you can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't want to continue.
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active through the end of the period you already paid for. We don't auto-refund mid-period charges, but if something on our end clearly broke your service, email wes@wiswes.com and we'll make it right.
Don't use WisWes to send spam, host malware, scrape protected content, harass shoppers, run illegal storefronts, or train competing AI products on our outputs. If we believe you're crossing one of these lines, we'll reach out so you can fix it; account suspension is reserved for the narrower set of cases described in section 7.
We will only suspend or terminate your license without notice when your chat agent is being used for activities that harm third parties — for example, attempting to break into or disrupt another website, scraping or interfering with someone else's business systems, or otherwise weaponising the agent against a person or company who isn't your customer. Outside of that narrow set of cases, we won't pull the plug; we'll talk to you first. If your license is suspended you'll see a clear message in the dashboard explaining why, and you can reply to support@wiswes.com to dispute or request reinstatement.
You own your store data, FAQs, prompts, and the conversations your shoppers have with the assistant. We process them only to operate the service for you. We don't sell your data, we don't train foundation models on it, and we delete it within 30 days of cancellation. See our privacy practices for details.
WisWes is powered by third-party language models (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others). Their availability and performance can vary. We pass through reasonable model usage fees as described on the pricing page. You can bring your own API key to pay providers directly if you prefer.
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on Pro and Enterprise plans. We schedule maintenance outside US/EU business hours where possible. Outages happen — when they do, we'll post status updates and credit Enterprise SLAs as agreed in your order form.
WisWes is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded by law (e.g., gross negligence, fraud).
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use WisWes after a change means you accept the updated terms — if not, cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WisWes is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer protection law says otherwise.
